Cloud & Private AI

Your systems in the cloud, or AI that never leaves the building.

Email, files, and servers moved to the cloud and run properly. When the data can't leave your office, AI deployed on hardware you own.

Quick answer

What cloud and private AI work does Gold Bird Group do?

Gold Bird Group moves small businesses to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, moves files off old office servers, moves servers that are still needed to a cloud provider, and sets up one company login across cloud apps. For offices whose data cannot leave the building, it deploys AI models on hardware the client owns. Every account is in the client's name.

Cloud

Off the closet server, into systems that back themselves up.

Email and office moves

Moving to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, or between them — mailboxes, calendars, and shared drives moved without losing a message.

Files off the old server

The shared drive in the closet moved to SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive, with the same folders and the right people on each one.

Cloud servers

Applications and servers that still need a machine, moved to a cloud provider in your company's name — sized, backed up, and monitored.

Sign-in and access

One company login across your cloud apps, two-step sign-in on all of it, and access removed in one place when someone leaves.

Private AI

AI for data that can't leave the office.

For law offices, tax preparers, and operations under contracts that restrict where data goes. Most businesses don't need this — a properly set-up team subscription covers them for far less.

AI on hardware you own

Open-weights AI models running on a server in your office. Documents, client files, and questions stay inside your network.

Hybrid, when that's enough

Your data and the system stay on your hardware; only the AI request goes to a business cloud provider under terms that exclude training on your data.

Ownership

Your accounts, your hardware.

  • Cloud accounts are opened in your company's name. You pay the provider directly, at their price.
  • Hardware for private AI is supplied at cost and belongs to you.
  • We work as your administrator, with our own login — never a shared one.
  • If you stop working with us, everything keeps running and stays yours.

Projects are scoped and quoted in writing. See plan pricing.

FAQ

Cloud and private AI questions.

Should a small business move its server to the cloud?

Usually, for files and email. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace replaces most office file servers at lower cost and with better backup. Some line-of-business software still needs a server — that can move to a cloud server or stay on site, depending on cost and how it is used.

What is private AI?

AI that runs on a computer you own, inside your office, instead of a public service. Nothing you type or upload leaves the building. It makes sense when contracts, regulators, or client confidentiality rule out sending data to an outside provider.

Do most small businesses need private AI?

No. A business subscription to a major AI provider, set up properly, covers most offices and costs far less. Private AI is for work where the data cannot leave your control.

How are cloud projects priced?

Each move or deployment is scoped and quoted in writing before work starts. Day-to-day management of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is already part of the Gold Bird IT Plan.
