1. What this site is

A description of our services and a library of written guidance on freight fraud, supply chain security, compliance, and operations automation. It is general information published for a professional audience.

2. What it is not

• Not advice for your situation. Our articles describe practices and incidents in general terms. Your circumstances, contracts, insurance, and jurisdiction change the answer. Do not act on an article alone where the consequences matter — get advice on your facts

• Not a guarantee of a result. Security and fraud prevention reduce risk; they do not eliminate it. Nothing here promises that following a practice will prevent a loss
• Not an offer or a client relationship. Prices shown are indicative starting points, not offers capable of acceptance. Submitting the contact form does not engage us. We are engaged only by a signed written agreement

3. Accuracy and currency

We write carefully and cite sources where we can. Regulations, case law, and fraud methods change; an article accurate when published may not be accurate when you read it. We publish dates on our posts for that reason and make no commitment to update material after publication.

• Use the site or its contact forms to send unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or fraudulent material

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system, or to probe, scan, or test its security without our prior written permission
• Use automated means to submit forms, or to scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others
• Use our published material to plan or carry out an attack on anyone

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site, we would rather hear about it than not. Email info@goldbirdgroup.io with the details. We will not pursue action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith, gives us reasonable time to fix it, and does not access or alter other people’s data in the process.

5. Intellectual property

The text, articles, and design of this site belong to us. You may read, link to, and quote short passages with attribution and a link back. Republishing whole articles, or using them to train a system you then resell, requires written permission.

Third-party names, cases, and regulations are referenced for identification only and remain the property of their owners. Reference is not endorsement in either direction.

We link to outside sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Bird, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost cargo, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of — or reliance on — this site or its content. Our total liability arising from the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, and it does not affect any separate signed services agreement, which governs its own terms.

What we collect and who receives it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
